For resellers: How to list your publishers on FatGrid

Because FatGrid is run lean, we don’t have the resources for back-and-forth communication. Our team is small (2 people) and focused on serving paying clients.

Before requesting to add your publisher list, please know our priorities:

Attention: Please read carefully!

1. Our top priority is direct access to website owners. This is the fastest path. If you own the website you want to add, follow the instructions here.
2. Second priority: exclusive offers. These are guest posts or link insertions on sites not currently listed in the FatGrid inventory.
3. Lowest priority: better pricing for existing sites. We don’t add sellers who resell the same sites already listed on FatGrid. Even if your price is lower. The reason for this is that we don’t want to compete with guest posting marketplaces. It’s not our business model.

For the websites you own, register them directly via the fast-track for website owners in My Domains.

If you don’t own the websites in your inventory, we’ll need a firm guarantee that you have access to the webmaster and that your prices are accurate.

This is based on past experience with tens of orders that got stuck, were returned with price hikes, had the wrong link type, or turned out to be fake offers from the very beginning.

Our current requirement is a $100 refundable deposit upfront. For each order not delivered within 10 days under the listed commercial terms, we deduct a $20 fee from this deposit.

This fee is split between us to cover lost time and to compensate our client for the inconvenience.

How to proceed if you’re eligible:

1. If you have exclusive offers, make sure they are “not found” in our Publisher Price Finder tool.
2. Pay the $100 refundable deposit following this link. This step is mandatory. No exceptions.
3. Send a Google Spreadsheet with the site names and pricing to our help desk. Don’t forget to share access for “everyone with the link”!

Important!

1. Only include websites not currently listed on FatGrid. Please do not send your full inventory.
2. All offers in your list are considered placed without any “sponsored” mark, are do-follow, and appear on an indexed page, unless stated otherwise in your offers list. This is part of the commercial terms.
3. Failure to place a do-follow, non-sponsored, indexed link will result in a failed order fee unless your offer clearly includes different conditions.

What will happen after you send your list of offers?

If we decide to work with you. After getting confirmation from our team member, you’ll see a new feature available in your account.

After you upload your list, offers will become visible to our users, with a 20% commission added to the price you listed. Meaning the website listed for $100 will appear as a “Private seller” offer for $120.

If we decide not to proceed with your list, we will refund your deposit within five days.

If you or we decide to remove your listings, we will refund your deposit within 5 days, minus any fees due for failed orders.

One last thing, but not least. We only work with clear communicators. If one struggles to follow instructions in plain English and respond accordingly, we will not proceed. If you haven’t received a response or if communication has stalled, re-read this post before following up.

It’s not that we’re rude, not really. We’re just extremely busy. We also apply your communication style to potential issues with orders going forward. If we cannot establish a common language during onboarding, we risk losing it entirely when problems arise with client orders.
