Welcome to FatGrid.com! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our B2B SaaS tool, which provides backlink analysis services (“Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our Service.

FatGrid.com is authorized to modify this Privacy Policy at any time this may occur without prior notice.

1. Use of the Service

1.1 You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and following these Terms.
1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

2. Backlink Analysis

2.1 Our Service provides backlink analysis tools that allow users to analyze backlinks associated with specific websites.
2.2 You understand and acknowledge that the analysis provided by our Service is based on algorithms and data available at the time of analysis. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the analysis.
2.3 The backlink analysis provided by our Service may include information such as the URLs of the websites, authority scores, backlinks and referring domains quantity, ranks, and organic traffic. We collect and store this data to provide you with insights and reports.
2.4 You acknowledge that the analysis of backlinks provided by our Service is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions regarding search engine optimization (SEO) strategies or any other business decisions.

3. Prohibited Activities
3.1 You agree not to use our Service to engage in any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to:
– Attempting to access data not intended for you or logging into a server or account that you are not authorized to access.
– Using our Service to engage in any form of spamming, phishing, or other fraudulent activities.
– Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 In no event shall FatGrid.com, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service.

5. Private sellers
5.1 To become a Private Seller on FatGrid.com, you must first be approved by the FatGrid team. Interested applicants should contact our support chat to begin the approval process.
5.2 Private sellers must publish the list of websites they work with on our platform using the Publishing option. Private sellers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, availability, and pricing of the information they provide.
5.3 FatGrid.com takes a 20% commission on each backlink sold through the platform. This commission is added on top of the seller’s listed price, so the seller’s earnings remain unaffected.
5.4 Transactions are not conducted directly through the platform. Instead, Private Sellers must invoice the FatGrid team on a case-by-case basis. Payments are processed by a FatGrid team member after verification.

6. Users (Assisted Purchase and Private Sellers)
6.1 When purchasing backlinks through FatGrid.com, whether via the Assisted Purchase option or from Private Sellers, all payments must be made directly to FatGrid.com. Our team will manage the publishing process on your behalf in both cases.
6.2 Under the Assisted Purchase option, FatGrid places an order on your behalf with third-party marketplaces. Under the Private Seller option, FatGrid coordinates with one of our approved Private Sellers from our internal inventory.
6.3 The price you pay includes all relevant service, publisher, and marketplace fees. You are responsible for providing the content for publication. FatGrid may review your content for compliance with publisher requirements and, where necessary, make minor edits to ensure acceptance
6.4 FatGrid will make reasonable efforts to ensure your order is fulfilled. If an order is rejected by one marketplace or seller, we may attempt fulfillment through an alternative marketplace or by contacting the publisher directly.
6.5 If FatGrid is unable to complete your order after reasonable attempts, you will receive a full refund to your original form of payment in USD. Refunds will not be issued in the form of marketplace credits.
6.6 By placing an order, you acknowledge that FatGrid does not guarantee the acceptance of your content by any specific publisher, marketplace, or Private Seller. Order success is subject to publisher guidelines, content quality, availability, and price changes.
