Private Sellers vs Assisted Purchase

TLDR: Our team will handle the publishing process once you place an order in both cases.

Assisted Purchase – We make an order on one of the marketplaces on your behalf.

Private Seller – We work with one of the private sellers from our own inventory for the chosen website.

The price includes our service, publisher and marketplace fees.

You provide the content. All payments go through FatGrid. We handle the rest.

We’ll work with marketplaces and private sellers and sometimes contact publishers directly to get your content live. If your order fails with one marketplace, we’ll try another or contact the publisher. We’ll check if your content meets the rules. If minor edits fix it, we’ll make them for you.

If it still doesn’t work out, you’ll get a full refund to the original form of payment.

You choose the publisher, add a Google Doc link with your content, and pay. Make sure the Google Doc is set to “visible to everyone.”

Why did we build this?

Because users asked for it.

Marketplaces made guest posting easier. FatGrid made marketplaces easier to navigate.

But working across several marketplaces brings problems:

Payments – Many users don’t want to enter credit card details on multiple sites.

Order success is about 70% on average, but it’s slow and messy. Rejected topics, content rules, and price or availability changes eat up time.

Refunds – They often come as marketplace credits or include fees. That’s fine if you use them frequently. But for one-time users, it’s a mess.
